Thuy graduated Portland State University with a degree in public health and brings with him extensive experience in small business ownership and operations. A Portland native, he has strong ties to the communities of the Portland metropolitan and surrounding areas of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Thuy is excited to apply his skills toward promoting the health and wellbeing of all children and their families.
